Ajay Bhargava said that initially he had specially hired the artisans of Andhra Pradesh, but later the artisans of Uttarakhand were trained from Andhra Bhavan in Delhi. Unique taste of Rasam of Andhra Pradesh
Ajay Bhargava says that the rasam served in his plate is very special. He told that in Andhra Pradesh it is called “Charu” in Telugu language, which is a traditional and delicious dish. It is served with potato vegetable with rice and puri. This sour and spicy broth is prepared from tomatoes, tamarind and various South Indian spices.
